CareOps Toolkit is a set of editable operational and documentation templates (CSV and Markdown files) for care intake, visit logging, care planning, risk, privacy workflow and record keeping. It is supplied as digital files only.

Payment and invoicing
Payments are processed by Stripe, acting only as payment processor. The seller named above is the contracting party, issues the receipt/invoice and keeps the accounts.
Questions about the product or its availability can be registered through the CAREOPS-DESK register. Its acknowledgement appears on the page with a visitor alias and case reference; no external message is sent and no reply is promised.
Purchase, withdrawal and refunds
Withdrawal and refund rights are governed by the mandatory consumer-protection law applicable to your transaction. Mandatory consumer rights override anything stated in these site terms.
Refund or withdrawal requests can be registered through the CAREOPS-DESK register with your case reference. Access to the files is released only after the payment has been confirmed server-side by the payment processor.
The purchased materials carry a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the authorised organisation or sole practice. They may not be resold, redistributed or published publicly.
