FK HERMES INTERNATIONAL is the public-facing umbrella brand name used for Home Care International Swiss and its CareOps technical core. It is a brand name, not an incorporated entity or verified contracting seller. The contracting seller and merchant-of-record for the self-service Starter Pack are identified in the seller disclosure.

Do not submit any patient-identifiable, health or clinical data to CareOps Toolkit. The website is not designed or intended to receive it. Any templates lawfully obtained in the future must be used inside your own systems, under your own responsibility for your patients' data. Nothing you write into the downloaded files reaches us.

Website operation. Public pages set no advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.

Checkout. Payment is entered on the page of the payment processor (Stripe). This site never receives card details. The seller receives the payment confirmation, amount, currency and the payer details Stripe provides, to fulfil the order and keep accounting records. Basis: performance of the contract and legal retention duties.

Purchase and fulfilment. A private, expiring download link is issued only against a server-verified payment.

Access. No public page or browser redirect grants access by itself.

Support register. The on-platform CAREOPS-DESK register stores only the fixed, non-identifying selections you make, the page language, a pseudonymous visitor alias and a case reference. Its acknowledgement is shown on the page only. No external message is sent, no reply channel is available and no response is promised. Basis: legitimate interest in recording qualification requests.

The public information pages carry an optional chat assistant. It is an AI assistant, not a person, and it answers only from the published website content. It has no access to purchase records, payment data, downloads or any account.

Do not enter personal, patient, health, payment, confidential or identifying data in the assistant. Messages you send are transmitted to an external AI processing service and processed by the language model it routes to, in order to generate the reply. A server-side filter attempts to stop obviously sensitive input before it is sent; this reduces risk but cannot detect every case.

This website does not intentionally save chat history: conversations are not written to our database and are not stored in your browser, so they disappear when you close or reload the page. Technical usage metadata (such as request counts and error codes, used for rate limiting and troubleshooting) is recorded, and content handling on the AI provider side follows the project's AI logging settings. No zero-retention guarantee is claimed for the provider. Basis: legitimate interest in offering optional self-service information.

Data is disclosed only to the service providers needed to run the current site: the managed database service holding the CAREOPS-DESK records, the website hosting provider serving these pages,Stripe as payment processor, and the AI processing service and the model provider it routes to, for messages you choose to send to the AI assistant. There is no advertising network, no data broker and no sale of personal data.

These providers may process or store data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, it is done on the legal transfer mechanism the provider itself relies on under its own terms. We do not claim any additional safeguard beyond that. If you need the specific transfer arrangement for a provider before purchasing, write to the CAREOPS-DESK register.

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and for as long as applicable law requires it to be retained — in particular accounting and tax applicable legal record-keeping duties. No fixed retention period is stated here where none has been determined.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, its correction or deletion, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, and you may lodge a complaint with your competent supervisory authority. Requests go to the CAREOPS-DESK register. The current alias-only register offers no two-way reply or case-retrieval channel.
