CAREFOLD is the Home Care International Swiss child line for document and evidence organization. This page describes intended product scope and qualifies interest. It is not a demo, not a trial and not a live system.
No patient or health data is accepted. Do not send, upload or describe patient, clinical or health information through this site.CAREFOLD will accept such data only after a country-specific privacy, security, hosting, data-processing-agreement and clinical-governance gate is passed for the jurisdiction concerned. Until then the answer is no, in every region.
Intended product scope
Document capture
Intended scope: structured intake of administrative documents with a consistent naming and versioning standard, so a file can be located by case, date and document family.
Human verification
Intended scope: a person — not an automated decision — confirms that a captured document is complete, legible and correctly filed before it is treated as evidence.
Visit workflow
Intended scope: an administrative record of planned and completed visits, used for scheduling and documentation continuity. No location tracking, no device telemetry, no alarm or emergency function.
Auditability
Intended scope: an append-only record of who filed, changed or verified an administrative document, so a review can reconstruct the sequence.
What must be true before onboarding
- Country-specific privacy assessment completed for the intended jurisdiction
- Security review of storage, access control and key handling completed
- Hosting and data-residency location fixed in writing
- Data-processing agreement executed with the identified controller
- Clinical and documentation governance responsibilities named on the customer side
Separation from CareOps
CAREFOLD is published under the same domain as CAREOPS and Home Care International Swiss, and that is where the sharing ends. It is designed as a separate product line with its own data, storage, access and processing boundary; a shared domain does not create a shared database, shared storage, a shared login session or a shared analytics identity.
The enquiry form is non-binding: no price is accepted, no contract is formed and no onboarding is scheduled by sending it.
