Home Care International Swiss

Home Care International Swiss is the public platform for non-clinical digital operations, service coordination and documentation. CareOps is its subordinate technical core for administrative operations and evidence workflows. Everything on this page is non-clinical administrative support for your own staff.

What this is not: it is not medical, nursing, legal, insurance or reimbursement advice; it is not a medical device, an emergency or alarm service, a monitoring or tracking service, or a clinical decision tool. No certification, supervisory approval, governmental affiliation or endorsement is claimed, and no reimbursement outcome is promised.

Who this is for

  • Physicians and specialist practices
  • Clinics
  • Hospitals and hospital departments
  • Independent nurses and home-care providers
  • Healthcare cooperatives
  • Nursing and care homes
  • Assisted-living and healthcare residences

Service scope

Documentation structure review

Review of how care documentation is currently structured, named and stored, with a written set of corrections your own staff can apply.

Payer-path and evidence mapping

Mapping of which documents support which administrative claim step, so missing evidence is found before submission rather than after a query.

Query-response workflow

A repeatable internal procedure for answering payer queries: who prepares, who checks, which document is attached, and how the outcome is recorded.

Reconciliation and follow-up register

A register structure that keeps submitted, queried, partially settled and closed items visible until each one is reconciled.

Multi-site documentation governance

One shared template and naming standard across sites or teams, with a review cadence and a named owner per document family.

Digital readiness and coordination work

Some of the service scopes below come from earlier home-care work in the same HCI lineage. Only the concepts were carried over and rewritten for CareOps: no earlier system, dataset, user account, payment arrangement or supplier relationship was transferred, and nothing described in that earlier work is treated as an existing capability here.

Digital care readiness assessment

Advisory — enquiry only

A structured review of how ready a care organisation is to work digitally: which records exist, where they live, who maintains them, which steps are still paper or verbal, and what would have to change first.

A written assessment produced with your own staff. It is not an audit, a certification, a clinical review or a data-protection approval, and it processes no patient or health data.

Family and caregiver coordination mapping

Advisory — enquiry only

Mapping of how information moves between the care team, the family and external contacts: who is informed, at which point, through which channel, and what is written down afterwards.

Workflow documentation only. No messaging service, no alerting, no location or presence tracking, and no relative-facing application is provided.

Device and vendor procurement due diligence

Advisory — enquiry only

A comparison framework for evaluating suppliers before purchase: what a vendor states in writing, which questions remain open, which documents to request, and which risks belong in the contract.

Procurement documentation support. No device is supplied, tested, certified, integrated or declared compatible, and no supplier is endorsed.

Integration and data-flow mapping

Advisory — enquiry only

A written map of which systems hold which information today, where duplicates occur, and where a hand-off currently depends on someone remembering to do it.

Documentation on paper. No system is connected, no interface is built, and no health or patient data is transferred, hosted or processed as part of this work.

Managed onboarding

Advisory — enquiry only

Guided introduction of the agreed documentation structure into daily practice: naming, ownership, review cadence and a short internal handover so the change survives without us.

Advisory and training-style support for your staff. It is not a hosting, operations, support-desk or service-level commitment.

Explicitly out of scope

These are named only so there is no doubt: they are not available, not built and not verified here, and none of them can be ordered, piloted or relied upon.

  • Telecare and remote assistance
  • Geofencing, safe zones and location tracking
  • Continuous monitoring, alerts and emergency response
  • Clinical system integration and health-data processing
  • Device compatibility testing or certification
  • Service-level guarantees, uptime commitments and support-desk operations
  • Public interfaces (API) and white-label delivery

Engagement and pricing

Scope, duration and effort are agreed in writing before any work begins. No subscription, per-user or per-visit price is offered on this page, and no purchase can be completed here.

Availability: Only the CareOps Toolkit Starter Pack (CHF 29 one-time) can be bought online. All other entries are indicative pilot references for CAREOPS-DESK qualification; they are not accepted prices and cannot be purchased here.

Origin

Developed in Switzerland. HCI SWISS is a project identity; no governmental affiliation or certification is implied.

This register is alias-only and uses fixed selectors. There is no free-text field, so no name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, organisation name or health information can be submitted.

This is a qualification request only — not purchase availability, medical or legal advice, certification, insurer approval or any guaranteed outcome.

Only the selectors above are stored. No free text, no page address and no identifying detail is requested, stored or published.
