Institutional & partnership path

Four distinct routes, deliberately kept apart because they carry different obligations, different budgets and different decision-makers. Every route starts as an enquiry and is reviewed before anything is proposed.

Conceptual illustration: layered documents connecting to checklists and dashboards, with care staff reviewing them.
Conceptual brand illustration. It does not depict real facilities, customers, live monitoring, clinical operations or an operating network.

No eligibility, affiliation, award, endorsement, accreditation or submission to any programme is claimed anywhere on this page, and no institution is named as a customer or reference.

Who this page addresses

  • Hospitals and hospital departments
  • Clinics and specialist practices
  • Care networks and cooperatives
  • Public authorities
  • NGOs and foundations
  • Research and implementation partners

Indicative scopes for qualification

These are two written scope references used to structure a non-binding qualification conversation. They are not offers, they are not available to order, and nothing here can be bought. Both are non-clinical: the scope itself provides no regulated care.

The exact seller and counterparty, authority to contract, country, taxes, terms, budget, data and provider arrangements and delivery capacity are UNKNOWN until they are verified by a person and recorded.

Procurement Readiness Sprint

Indicative reference from CHF 7,500Non-binding starting reference for scope discussion. Not a price offer, not a quotation and not an amount payable.

Indicative fixed scope for qualification discussion: preparation work around one public or private RFP, RFQ, EOI or vendor onboarding package. Text only and non-clinical. Nothing is offered, ordered or scheduled here.

Indicative working window of 2–4 weeks once inputs are complete. Not a commitment.

Who this scope is written for

  • Clinics and hospital departments
  • Care networks and cooperatives
  • Nursing homes and assisted-living operators
  • NGOs
  • Suppliers responding to a healthcare buyer

Scope elements discussed at qualification

  • Requirement-to-evidence matrix
  • Eligibility and deadline register
  • Evidence present / missing / contradiction log
  • Responsibility and action plan
  • Submission index
  • One structured human review

Boundaries

  • No patient or health data is accepted at any point.
  • No legal, tax or clinical advice.
  • No award, shortlisting or evaluation-score guarantee.
  • You own every declaration and you make the submission yourself.
  • The service scope is non-clinical and provides no regulated care; exact country and buyer requirements are reviewed before any contracting could be considered.
  • Seller / counterparty, authority to contract, country, taxes, terms, budget, data and provider arrangements and delivery capacity are UNKNOWN until recorded human verification.

Institutional EvidenceOps Pilot

Indicative reference from CHF 25,000Non-binding starting reference for scope discussion. Not a price offer, not a quotation and not an amount payable.

Indicative fixed scope for qualification discussion: one non-clinical administrative workflow across up to three sites. Documentation, controls and training material only — no software is installed or integrated. Nothing is offered, ordered or scheduled here.

Indicative working window of 6–10 weeks once inputs are complete. Not a commitment.

Who this scope is written for

  • Multi-site providers
  • Hospital and clinic groups
  • Insurer or payer operations teams, where appropriate
  • Public authorities
  • NGOs and foundations
  • Prime contractors

Scope elements discussed at qualification

  • Current-state map
  • Document and evidence taxonomy
  • Missing-evidence controls
  • Role and approval matrix
  • Reusable SOP and template set
  • Staff workshop
  • 30-day measurement design
  • Closing findings pack

Boundaries

  • No software integration.
  • No patient, health or clinical data is accepted at any point.
  • No monitoring, alerting or emergency response.
  • No certification, accreditation or service-level agreement.
  • No guaranteed saving, revenue or financial outcome.

Cross-border contracting is not automatic and is not assumed here. Seller and contracting entity, tax treatment, privacy and data transfer, sanctions and payment eligibility, fulfilment and support are reviewed for the exact buyer country before anything is agreed. Where any of these is unresolved, the answer is no for now.

The four routes

Procurement contract

A paid engagement bought through your own purchasing rules: you define the requirement and the contracting entity, we respond with scope, effort and terms.

No framework agreement, supplier listing, accreditation or prior award is claimed. Eligibility is decided by you, not by us.

Grant or funding call

A documentation or operations work package inside a call that you lead, described so it can be costed and reviewed.

No application has been submitted, no funding has been received and no eligibility for any specific call is asserted.

Consortium participation

Participation as a work-package contributor on administrative documentation, evidence structure and reconciliation practice.

No existing consortium membership, partner status or institutional affiliation is claimed.

In-kind partnership

A non-cash collaboration such as shared template development, joint documentation review or a limited scoped pilot.

No endorsement, co-branding right or exclusivity is implied by an enquiry.

Pilot design and partner qualification

Some of the service scopes below come from earlier home-care work in the same HCI lineage. Only the concepts were carried over and rewritten for CareOps: no earlier system, dataset, user account, payment arrangement or supplier relationship was transferred, and nothing described in that earlier work is treated as an existing capability here.

Institutional pilot design

Advisory — enquiry only

Design of a limited, time-boxed pilot on paper: objective, participating sites, measurable criteria, evidence to be collected, review points and a defined stop condition.

Design work only. No pilot is running, no institution is named as a participant, no result is predicted and no clinical study is conducted.

Partner, interface and white-label qualification

PROPOSED — on hold

An early qualification conversation about whether a partner, an interface between systems or a re-branded delivery could ever make sense, and what would need to be true first.

Not built and not verified. No interface, no service level, no re-branding right and no partner programme exists today; an enquiry creates no expectation that one will.

What review means

Country, buyer type, intended users, data category, procurement route, budget, timeline, contracting entity and hosting requirement are all recorded as UNKNOWN until a human review confirms them. Nothing is agreed, priced or scheduled before that.

Contact the CAREOPS-DESK

This register is alias-only and uses fixed selectors. There is no free-text field, so no name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, organisation name or health information can be submitted.

This is a qualification request only — not purchase availability, medical or legal advice, certification, insurer approval or any guaranteed outcome.

Only the selectors above are stored. No free text, no page address and no identifying detail is requested, stored or published.
